Changing Auto Tune Level

This can be done by:

  1. Go to START > RUN > CMD
  2. Type in: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted
  3. RESTART Windows for changes to take effect

This will set the autotuninglevel to "Allow the receive window to grow beyond its default value, but do so very conservatively".
